In the event of cancellation, for whatever reason, or in the event of non arrival or curtailment of stay, should notification be received by us, less than seven days prior to the arrival date, 75% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged unless we are able to re-let the reserved accommodation. Guests are advised to take out appropriate Holiday Insurance and to please phone/email to confirm an ETA, at least twenty four hours prior to arrival.
